Reading & Pondering Today 4-26

image“Today my path unfolds before me.

As I become who I am meant to be, what I am meant to do will fall like a path of rose petals before me. I may not feel I know what my path is, but God does. He knows how my talents and abilities can best fit into His plan for the enlightenment and healing of all things. What talents I have, He will glorify as I use them to glorify Him. And talents I don’t even know that I have, that lie latent within me, will emerge as I surrender more deeply to love.

Talents that lie latent within me will arise as I surrender my heart. They will take form as I begin to view everything I do as a way to serve God and to serve the world.

Dear God,

Please pave another path before me
Than the one that I have tread.
As I change my mind,
Please change my future.
Fill my mind with love,
That only love might lie ahead.”
