Reading & Pondering Today 10-23

image“I am who God created me to be.

I am a child of God. I was created in a blinding flash of creativity, a primal thought when God extended Himself in love. Everything He touches is infused with His wonder, and He has touched me.

The perfect me isn’t something I need to create, because God has already created it. The perfect me is the love within me. I allow His spirit to remove the fearful thinking that surrounds my perfect self, so I might extend to all the world the light He placed in me.

May every thought I think and every feeling I feel be an extension of God’s love. May fear and illusion fall to the wayside as I embrace the knowledge of who I really am. I am who He created me to be, and nothing else is real.”

Excerpt From: Williamson, Marianne. “A Year of Miracles.”

Anita’s books, “Crystal Star Angel” and “Kite Tale,” were inspired by the loving relationships her father had with his grandsons. From Where I Sit is a blog where Anita shares her life’s stories, or comments on current events from her soul’s perspective. Her insights can evoke laughter as well as take one on a reflective journey. In any case she hopes you join her each Wednesday for a new adventure.
